What data we process and why
This site has no forms or sign-up, so no identifying data is collected directly. We process:
- Browsing data (analytics): via Google Analytics, in an aggregated, anonymous way, to measure traffic and improve content. Only if you give consent in the cookie notice.
- Technical data (IP address, user agent): logged by the hosting provider to ensure the security and operation of the site.
- Communications: if you email us, we process the data you provide solely to reply to you.
Legal basis
Analytics processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Processing of technical data for security is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Replying to your messages is based on consent and on handling your request.
Retention period
Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings (max. 14 months). Communications data is kept for the duration of the relationship and any legally required period.
Recipients and international transfers
We use providers acting as processors: Google (analytics) and the hosting/CDN provider. These services may involve international data transfers (e.g. to the USA), covered by the appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and adequacy frameworks).
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to ignacio@imartinezgr.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
Cookie use is detailed in the Cookie Policy, where you can accept, reject or change your consent.
